Ten things I’m thankful for…
) Great catch up chat with a mate yesterday – great coffee, great to talk about Jesus. Very inspiring and always a great laugh.
) Oppourtunity to gather with Church Family tonight to prayer and reflect on Advent. I have been struck recently what a privalage it is to be able to freely gather to celebrate our faith openly and freely.
) Count down to Christmas is well and truly on. Looking forward to celebrating with friends and family over the Yuletide festive season.
) Prospect of time off, getting away from the office for a couple of weeks to recharge, pray and enjoy time away from a desk.
) Eastbourne Winter Night Shelter – I’m continuing to hear great stories about the project and all who are involved. Thank you Jesus!
) Good Books – current favourite is Jesus through Middle Eastern Eyes by Kenneth Bailey. Great insights, easy to read and very inspiring.
) Finding new blogs – www.iangoldsmith.wordpress.com written by a friend of mine who is blogging about being a painter with great insights into the creative process.
) Coffee Machine working at home – a new way to start a day. Need to get it a little warmer though.
) Family – always so very thankful for Mrs B and the sons of Blunders.
) Friends – love you all.
Grace and Peace
